Understand this —> All of your behavior comes from your emotion.

All of your reactive, angry, short tempered behavior comes from challenging emotions that you are having a hard time recognizing and processing.

If you learn how to recognize and process your emotions, you will master your emotionsโ€ฆ.and your behavior.

This is so much better than unskillfully dumping negative emotion on our children.

Have you ever had a friend help you through a tough time? You began the conversation feeling hurt or angry, but by the end you felt better and calmer?

You can do this for you!

When you become aware of your emotion (and the thinking behind it), you get to attend to it and feel seen and heard, by you!

It’s not about never having difficult to feel emotions. We will always have that. It’s about becoming aware of, and attending to your emotion.

When you attend to your own emotion, you transform it.

And in doing so, you transform your own behavior.
