Most of the time you are kind and in control, but once in a while you lose your shit and get really negative and toxic.
In quiet moments, you understand the impact that your negativity is having on your children, but you decide to ignore that reality, hoping that things will just somehow change…or that your children somehow won’t remember those moments.
Because you don’t want to face it, you don’t have a real plan to address this real issue.. You won’t get a plan until you recognize it as a problem, and get some help.
There is help and support if you want to become more self regulated, patient and consistent. Changing course for the better is 100% possible, but you have to reach out.
With Respect
